Didn't Love It?

We happily accept returns in the form of store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping to Italics Boutique and back to the customer on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer and is a flat rate of $5.00. Exchanges are possible but not guaranteed as we may sell out of merchandise prior to a request.

We will accept any clothing item that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items that smell of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent; have visible signs of wear, stains, or animal hair; or have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted. These items can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

All sale and clearance merchandise are final sale. Due to hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale as well: earrings, leggings, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, socks, and eye wear.

To begin your return process, log in to your Customer Account via the person icon in the upper right-hand corner, locate the correct order, and "Request a Return".

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Items that are found to be damaged or defective can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the item. Italics Boutique is not responsible for any defective or damaged merchandise after 14 days.

Defective or damaged items can also be returned via your Customer Account.
